A 23-year-old Conder man will face ACT Magistrates Court this morning after an alleged burglary yesterday afternoon (Monday, 26 August).

About 2.30pm, police were called to an Ebenezer Street, Bonython residence after receiving a report that a man had smashed a window and entered the premises.

Police attended, and located the man inside. He was arrested, and transported to the ACT Watch House. He has been charged with two counts of burglary and theft. Police will oppose bail.
