Looking to add some personality to your home? Whether you’re after a clever companion to keep up with your daily adventures, or a chatty cat who’ll never let a quiet moment pass, these two might be just who you’re searching for.

Dog of the Week: Millie

Millie has spent more than half a year in the shelter, but you’d never know it from her joyful zoomies, clever tricks and ever-wagging tail. This bright and affectionate girl is a quick learner who thrives on enrichment, cuddles and praise (well, mostly treats, if we’re honest).

She came to us with a tough past and needed time to trust again, but Millie has blossomed. Now she’s looking for a home where she can continue learning, playing and showing off her growing collection of soft toys (which she loves to proudly deliver to you one by one).

Millie would suit a home with a patient and dog-savvy owner who can give her the structure and love she deserves. She’s loyal, goofy and more than ready to trade shelter life for a sunny spot on your couch.

Toto

Cat of the Week: Toto

Meet Toto, a cat you’ll hear before you see. True to his Bengal breed, Toto is lively, curious and highly expressive. He’s looking for a home where his intelligence and energy can be embraced and where daily chats (yes, literal chats) are encouraged.

Toto is more than just a cute face, his stunning markings and bright green eyes turn heads, but it’s his affectionate personality that wins hearts. He loves attention, thrives with play and stimulation and would do best in a home that understands the Bengal breed’s unique needs.

If you’re seeking a feline companion who’s confident, engaging and always up for a conversation, Toto could be your guy.

Pawnote: Last week’s Pet of the Week, Boo, found her forever home. Let’s make it happen for Millie and Toto too!
