Hehe, ‘tramlining’. Brings back memories of riding rattling bikes on cobble stone roads with only a foot of space between the tram line and the gutter. No sign in sight.

I don’t think so as they finally replaced the missing bollards that would let you out there. I like however that after placing one of those secure posts right in the middle of the bottom walkway they removed it not long after, probably to stop little kiddies running into it when they get out of control on the way down the path.

That’s a sculpture? I thought they were bike-racks funny how they care about this rather than the on-road lanes that end abruptly or the paths that turn into/are covered in, gravel and sand.

That’s what I assume happened. I never cease to be surprised by the growing level of stupidity amongst the general public. It seems to be inversely proportional to the level of responsibility expected of our citizens.

Ouch, bad luck for him, though he should have been watching where he was going or going slow enough he could have made a different evasion path (assuming he was evading something/someone).
