Police are calling for witnesses of a white car driving erratically in west Belconnen to come forward after the vehicle was found burnt out on Monday afternoon (8 July).
Around 3:30 pm, a stolen white Mitsubishi Outlander was seen driving erratically in the Melba area and shortly after in Higgins.
A witness saw the vehicle at 5 pm in the Springrange/Wallaroo area in New South Wales before the vehicle was later located burnt out at Ginninderra Falls by NSW Police.
Police are urging anyone who may have dash-cam footage or any information that could assist police to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
