ACT Fire Brigade on scene at Minter Ellison Building, National Crt Barton investigating a smell of smoke on the first floor.
Crews on scene have found no fire, however a smell of smoke in the area.
Building has been evacuated.
Three pumpers on scene with the Breathing Apparatus Van, Bronto Hydraulic Platform and a command officer.

Update on smell of smoke in building No fire has been found.
Smoke appears to have come from an over heating motor in an air conditioner in the plant room.
Approx 60 staff will be permitted to return inside to collect belongings.
Crews alerted by an Automatic Fire Alarm at 6:04pm, followed by an Emergency Triple Zero (000) call.
ACT Fire Brigade soon to depart the scene.
