The Grande On London isn’t just another apartment complex. It’s a true residential hub, defined by three impressive towers, premium amenities and a sweeping ambition to redefine inner-city living.

This Saturday (22 November), you’re invited to peek behind The Grande’s luxurious facade and glimpse what life here would be like – think of it as a housewarming, only on a much grander scale.

The Grande Reveal will celebrate a job well done, toast to the future of the complex, and bring together locals from all walks of life.

There’ll be live music drifting through the courtyard and food vendors serving up bites throughout the day.

Families can settle in at the library colouring station, pick up Cancer Council giveaways by the rooftop pool pavilion, get their faces painted, and watch a live podcast being filmed in the coworking space.

Movie buffs can duck into the private cinema for a short film (and some free popcorn). If you’re into fitness, check out different activations in the gym and yoga studio.

Curious about the homes themselves? Jump on a private tour to see what happens when thoughtful design meets Canberra’s most connected address.

Master-planned by award-winning architects Fender Katsalidis and brought to life with landscaping and urban design by Oculus, The Grande ties every element together with a sense of cohesion and purpose.

Behind this monumental development is local developer, Geocon. Development manager Andrew Slavich is keen for everyone to enjoy a great day out on Saturday.

“This is the first chance that the public has gotten to see what we’ve achieved here, and we’re really excited to show it off,” he says.

“We have three beautiful buildings to explore in an unbeatable location. They feature a mix of residential, commercial and social or recreation spaces, all connected by a fully landscaped central courtyard.”

Boasting one, two and three-bedroom apartments kitted out with top-of-the-line furnishings, fittings and appliances, The Grande is all about lifestyle. Homeowners will be close to public transport and major connecting roads, with the city’s best shopping, entertainment and dining precincts at their fingertips.

The development is expected to welcome its first residents over the threshold before Christmas.

“This is a landmark project for Geocon, and there’s a lot to be proud of. But we’re especially excited to showcase the thoughtful, vibrant spaces that promote connected living,” Andrew says.

“Whether you’re a prospective buyer, future resident, or Canberra local just looking for something fun to do on Saturday, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

“The Grande Reveal is a chance to step inside, soak up the views, and get a feel for the kind of city living that will redefine Canberra’s skyline.”

The Grande Reveal is set for this Saturday, 22 November, from 10 am to 3 pm, at 70 Allara Street, Canberra City.
