Saw same on large blank concrete sign-space out front of the University of Canberra, Ginninderra Drive entrance.

Saw same today in Lonsdale Street in front of Lonsdale Street Cycles. I guess a bike shop with the name of its location in its name is not being a nuisance, so the sign is therefore redundant, non?
