A 33-year-old Evatt man will face court this morning, charged with sexual assault offences.
Police will allege the man sexually assaulted a 20-year-old woman around 5.30am yesterday (Sunday, June 17), as she was sleeping at her friend’s house in Macgregor.
The man was arrested by Criminal Investigations detectives yesterday, and was taken to the ACT Watch House, where he was charged with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent.
He will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning (Monday, June 18).
