The NCA is warning that they’re fixing up Commonwealth Avenue this weekend so we can expect disruption on that thoroughfare.
- Weather permitting, bitumen will be restored on Vernon Circle, State Circle and part of Adelaide Avenue from 7am to 6pm this Saturday, and Saturday 20 June 2009.
During this time, roads will be partially closed and traffic diverted around the works with detour signage. The speed limit will be lowered to 40km/h while the work is taking place.
The work is to be undertaken outside of peak periods to minimise traffic disruptions.
The work is scheduled for the hours between 7am and 6pm.
