The legend is true! There is a street sign in the inner north that doesn’t have a Troy Williams campaign sticker on it!
It does, however have another sort of sticker with a message for us all:

I used to enjoy the Bat Signal stencilled onto the “ACT is full of very tough police” sign as you come into the ACT from Cooma. But they painted it off a few years back.
And i know the guy who duid that kangaroo stop sign. His mum thinks he is a local celebrity
the stop Hammertime stop signs seem to be everywhere around south side area. My guess is the fact that they are in in the same neat white spray paint seems to indicate someone has made up a stencil and gone around hitting everyone they found. I dont have that much time on my hands, but thanks to those who, for making our drive that much more enjoyable
I’ve also seen a few of the “hammer time ” stop signs, But the sign that always gets a smile out of me is the skiing kangaroo in the southbound lane of the parkway just before the cotter road off ramp.
I’ll try and get a photo next time I go past I think it’s worth a look at !!
So who want’s to stop hammertime 😀

Maybe its supposed to be “Stop. Hammertime” as opposed to “Stop hammertime”
There’s supposed to be a “STOP…collaborate and listen” sign somewhere as well for all the vanilla ice fans.
There is a stop sign in Fadden that has Hammer Time spraypainted on it as well.
So who want’s to stop hammertime 😀
I’m pretty sure there’s still one near Bunnings in Tuggeranong that has “Hammer Time” spraypainted neatly under the STOP.
Cracked me up every time!
I have a similar shot of a STOP sign taken in Park City (and it’s still there), with a Bush sticker underneath. If I knew how to hoist photos up here, I’d stick it on.
