The Future Caps Program is a two-day high-performance intensive for elite level girls aged 12–16 who aspire to reach the WNBL.
Led by UC Capitals players, coaches, and support staff, participants will train like the pros — sharpening skills, mindset, and game IQ while gaining exclusive insight into life as a professional athlete.
It’s a rare opportunity to train, prepare, and perform, just like the Capitals do.
The Experience
Day 1 – On-Court Focus
- Welcome and goal-setting with UC Capitals players and coaches
- Ice-breaker warm-up with performance staff
- 3×3 games and skill assessment
- Player-led skill stations and on-court coaching
- Q&A with players and coaches
- Lunch (provided) and recovery break
- Afternoon practice: finishing, shooting, defence and Capitals-style play
- Nutrition and recovery session
Day 2 – Inside the Pro Environment
- Morning film review with the Capitals
- Strength and conditioning: injury prevention and prep
- Lunch (provided) and recovery break
- On-court: advanced skills, shooting and full-court play
- Recovery session (stretch/yoga)
- Live player workout demo
- Q&A and program wrap-up
