The Department of Land And Property Services is asking for public input as they prepare a plan of management for the iconic Albert Hall.
Albert Hall is a well known and much loved Canberra landmark which is owned and managed by the ACT Government, on behalf of the people of Canberra. Having recently undertaken a major refurbishment of Albert Hall, the ACT Government is now seeking your comments and suggestions to assist in preparing a Plan of Management to guide its future use.
The Plan of Management for Albert Hall will be guided by three main objectives:
— to ensure the preservation of an important community and cultural asset;
— to ensure continued community access; and
— to deliver these objectives in a financially sustainable way.
