The sad irony is that the person that come up with this probably lives in Charnwood; where they have burnt the monopoly board and money as cheap fuel for winter warmth.

ant, The ads for the new Allens Outlet Store have been on tv for about a week. It has those two people running down crawford street. At the end, the guy shouts “… free parking!!!”

I don’t recall where they say it is in the ad, but one website indicates it is at “1 Morriset St- Qeanbeyan”

Yes, not to mention the $800 pa “trailing commission” you get on babies nowadays, enough to keep you in DVDs and bongs for the rest of the year (perfect accompaniment to new plasma).

Shouldn’t it be – “Turned 13, collect baby bonus – by plasma TV”?

er, Allens Outlet Store? Where is it? I once got an excellent bargain at allens in Fyshwick and haven’t got over it yet. (a giant black “mink” blanket-thing, it’s huge and it actually looks like mink!).

Only thing missing is the new Allens Outlet Store. I wonder why they think they can make it over the border when it failed in Canberra?
